Welcome to OSD, these are the terms and condition that govern your use of our website. This agreement holds regardless of what platform/device you use to access the website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions, in full or in any part, please refrain from using our website. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Terms and conditions are not strictly required by law, but, for the sake of transparency, we want our users to understand our own policies, regulations and protocols. Our website do not uses cookies nor any kind of analytics, anonymised or not, to track the user’s’ behavior:

  1. We do not store or request any data from users.
  2. We make no use of social media button;
  3. We make no use of cookies, whether technical or profilatory;
  4. We make no use of behavioral ads;

2.1. We own and control all the copyright and other intellectual property rights in our website and the material on our website, except where specified;

2.2 With the exception of logo and name and the material described in section 3, all materials from our website –audio, video, graphic, textual– are released under Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 license. 6.1. We reserve the right to discontinue, alter or stop publishing our website, at any time without notice or explanation; you will not be entitled to any compensation or other payment upon the discontinuance or alteration of any website services, or if we stop publishing the website;

6.2. To the extent that our website and the information and services on our website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature;

We are not responsible for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or computer system that might happen when you use our website;

7. Breaches of terms and conditions ^

7.1. if you breach these terms and conditions in any way we may:

  • block computers using your IP address from accessing our website ;
  • contact any or all of your internet service providers and request that they block your access to our website;
  • commence legal action against you;

7.2. If we suspend or prohibit or block your access to our website or a part of our website, you must not take any action to circumvent such suspension or prohibition.

8.1. Notice that, from time to time, we may revise these terms and conditions. This can occurs for different reasons. Sometimes we might need to update some conditions; sometimes we will modify the agreement to make it more clear and readable for any users;

8.2. The revised terms and conditions shall apply to the use of our website from the date of publication of the revised terms and conditions on the website.

9. Severability Provisions ^

9.1. If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect;

9.2. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

10. Statutory and Regulatory Disclosures ^

10.4. Unless otherwise agreed with the users, we guarantee the confidentiality of customers for (at least) 5 years;

10.5. The present agreement is in place for the benefit of osd and the users, never for any third parties. Users information will never be disclosed or used for different purposes than the one specified by this agreement;

10.6. Any piece of code, or part of it, developed for the Public Sector will be released, in agreement with the agency, with open licences;
